Superior Corrosion Resistance Across a Wide pH Spectrum
Our FRP vertical storage tanks are formulated with custom vinyl ester or isophthalic resin systems that withstand aggressive media ranging from 31% hydrochloric acid and 98% sulfuric acid to alkaline brines and municipal leachate. The inner corrosion barrier incorporates a C-glass veil with 90% resin content, effectively preventing osmotic blistering and chemical attack even at elevated service temperatures up to 120°C. This eliminates the need for costly rubber linings or titanium cladding commonly required for metallic tanks.

Engineered Structural Integrity Under High Hydrostatic Heads
We employ computer-controlled filament winding with continuous helical and hoop layers, precisely calculating wall thickness increments from the top knuckle down to the bottom shell. This gradient design ensures that each section handles its specific liquid head pressure without over-engineering the entire vessel. External rib stiffeners are optionally integrated to prevent ovality and buckling when tanks are installed in seismic zones or hurricane-prone coastal regions, backed by full FEA (Finite Element Analysis) reports delivered with every quotation.
