The FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) flange is a high-performance alternative to traditional metal flanges, designed for piping systems where corrosion, weight, and maintenance are critical concerns. Manufactured from thermosetting resins reinforced with fiberglass, our FRP flanges offer exceptional dimensional stability and sealing reliability under varying pressures and temperatures.
Unlike carbon steel or stainless steel flanges, FRP flanges will not rust or suffer galvanic corrosion. They are compatible with most acids, alkalis, and salt solutions, making them suitable for chemical processing, water treatment, and marine applications. Available in standard ANSI, DIN, and JIS drilling patterns, with custom bolt circles and thicknesses upon request. Max operating temperature up to 120°C depending on resin selection.
